Server Hardware Deployment & Installation

installation, and configuration of rackmount or tower servers, server
rack and cabinet setup with proper cabling and airflow management,
power system integration with UPS and PDUs, RAID configuration
and disk installation, BIOS/firmware upgrades, and blade chassis
setup where applicable
Security Hardening & Compliance
Cybersecurity services including deployment of endpoint protection
software, server and network hardening following CIS benchmarks,
firewall rule audits and network segmentation, implementation of
logging and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel), user access
reviews and privileged access management, and configuration for
compliance with standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
IT Support & Maintenance (Post Deployment)
Comprehensive managed IT support services including 24/7 remote
monitoring and alerting via RMM tools, monthly OS and firmware
patching, hardware diagnostics and replacement, Tier 1–3 helpdesk
support, performance tuning across network, storage, and compute,
remote and onsite support per SLA, and annual IT infrastructure
review with strategic roadmap planning.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
IT documentation services including creation of network and system
topology diagrams, asset inventory with labelling, standard
operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations, configuration
backups with runbooks, and detailed documentation for user
